SPECIAL SALES - PAKAR
PROGRAMME TO ENCOURAGE MALAYSIAN CITIZENS WITH EXPERTISE RESIDING OVERSEAS TO RETURN TO MALAYSIA (PAKAR)
Under this program, participant may purchase ONE or
MAXIMUM TWO new motorcar made or assembled in
Malaysia. He/She will be exempted from paying excise duty
& sales tax on the new motorcars.
The following documents should be enclosed together with the application:-
1)Approval letter from Ministry of Human Resource.
2) ‘Surat Akuan Kembali’ from Ministry of Human Resource.
3) Copy of identification card of applicant/ spouse.
4) Purchase order/ Booking form
5) Certificate of married if the motorcar is to register under spouse’s name.
6) Approval letter from Ministry of Finance upon obtaining chassis & engine no. from HMSB.
