What is Fleet Sales?
- Fleet Sales refers to purchase made by a company (Sdn Bhd or Bhd).
- The vehicle(s) must be registered under the respective company’s Director(s) name or Company’s name as stated in FORM 49, FORM 9 or FORM 24.

What are the documents required for purchase of vehicle under the Fleet Sales Programme?
A copy of FORM 49, FORM 9 or FORM 24.

What is MM2H Sales?
- The MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass.
- Applicant may purchase one (1) new vehicle made or assembled in Malaysia.
- He/She will be exempted from paying Excise Duty and Sales Tax on the new vehicle if the purchase is made within one (1) year from the endorsement date of the MM2H visa.

What are the documents required for MM2H Sales?
The following documents must be made available :
- A certified copy of the letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia confirming your participation in MM2H.
- A certified copy of the International Passport (the page with personal details and the page with Multiple Entry Visa as well as the words ‘Malaysia My Second Home Programme’).
- Booking form from Honda Authorised Dealer (provided upon booking made at any Honda Authorised Dealer).
- Certificate of no claim record/NCD (optional).
- Application for exemption of tax and duty on vehicle under MM2H programme.(Required document for MOF approval). Download the Ministry of Finance (MOF) offer letter application form (PDF).
- Approved offer letter from Ministry of Finance (MOF).

What is PAKAR Sales?
- PAKAR Sales is an incentive programme to encourage Malaysian Citizens with expertise residing overseas to return to Malaysia.
- Applicant may purchase one (1) or maximum two (2) new vehicle(s) made or assembled in Malaysia.
- He/She will be exempted from paying Excise Duty and Sales Tax on the new vehicle(s).

What are the documents required for PAKAR Sales?
The following documents must be made available :
- Approval letter from Ministry of Human Resource.
- ‘Surat Akuan Kembali’ from Ministry of Human Resource.
- Copy of applicant / spouse’s identification card.
- Vehicle purchase order / booking form.
- Certificate of Marriage if the vehicle is to be registered under spouse’s name.
- Approval letter from Ministry of Finance upon obtaining the chassis and engine number from Honda (M) Sdn Bhd.

What is Embassy Sales?
- Embassy Sales is applicable to Diplomatic Missions and Consular posts to purchase locally assembled vehicle (CKD) or imported vehicle (CBU) which is exempted from Import Duty, Excise Duty, Registration Fees, Transfer and Licensing Fees.
- Excise Duty and Sales Tax have to be paid if the vehicle is transfered to a person other than another diplomatic or consular officer.

The following documents must be made available :
- Offer letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Copy of customer’s passport.
- Booking form.
- Approval letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Certificate of Remission (for registration purpose)
- MFA VE 3/96 form.
- CJ(P)2 form.

What is Government Sales?
- Government Sales is made available to Government bodies to purchase new locally assembled vehicle (CKD) or imported vehicle (CBU) which is exempted from Excise Duty & Sales Tax.
- However to purchase imported vehicle (CBU), government bodies must obtain approval from ‘Bahagian Perolehan Kerajaan’, Ministry of Finance.

The following documents must be made available:
- Purchase order or ‘Pesanan Kerajaan’.
- Letter from customer to Malaysian Royal Custom – Malacca Station (must be in letterhead).
- Booking form.
- Letter of sample signature.
- Copy of identification card (Person in Charge).
- Sales letter.
- CJ(P) form.
